1) What are the hours of renting a room? Can I arrive at any time at the hotel?

Our rooms are rented from 14h and must be vacated no later than 11am the day of departure.

If you have opted for a reservation guaranteed by a credit card you can access your room at any time, from 14h on the day of your arrival.
Thanks to the interactive terminal located at the entrance of the hotel, you can retrieve your room number and the digital key (6-digit code). Remember to bring your reservation number and your credit card for payment.

If you have opted for a reservation without a bank guarantee, your room is reserved until 2 pm. Beyond this time and without news from you, it is put back on sale. You must be check in at 2 pm

 

2) Can I pay for my stay with holiday vouchers?

Sorry but we do not accept holiday vouchers. Only electronic payments are accepted: Visa Mastercard, Amex, Paypal. (no cash, no check).

 

3) Do I have to pay extra for my cat or dog?

We welcome your pet. An extra charge of 5 € / day / animal is charged
Of course, for the well-being of all, he will not be able to access the breakfast room during the hours of service.

 

4) Can we add an umbrella bed in the room? Do you have baby beds available?

Yes, we can provide an umbrella bed with a supplement of 8 € / day / folding bed.

Note: It is impossible to add an umbrella bed in the rooms with 2 twin beds or in the triple rooms. The provision is based on the available stock. You can order it online or contact the reception for more information on 0891 69 01 07

 

5) How can I get information about the hotel car park I want to book?

Parking is free and without prior reservation Please note that it is fence but not guarded or closed

 

6) What time can I have breakfast?

Breakfast is served on Mondays from 8:00 to 10:00, Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 to 10:00, and from 8:00 to 10:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Reservation is made upon arrival

 

7) How can I get a confirmation of my reservation?

If you have booked online on solodge.com, its mobile version, you will automatically receive a confirmation at the email address entered at the time of your reservation.

If you have booked by phone, in order to obtain a confirmation of your reservation, we invite you to call the hotel directly at +335 49 770 744

 

8) How to get a duplicate of my bill?

Send an email to invoice@solodge.com with the name of the reservation, your room number and the dates of your stay.

10) I do not know what time I'm coming!

At SO'LODGE, no constraint for your arrival time.

Check-in is possible at any time from 14:00 on the day of arrival by the automatic reception
