2 - BOOKING NUMBER - Important to know   

When you have completed your reservation you will receive an email with the details of your booking and a BOOKING NUMBER.
The booking number will be essential when you arrive at the hotel: it will give you access to automatic check-in and allow our system to recognize your reservation.

For a quick and easy procedure it is therefore important to have your reservation number.

3 - CHECK-IN - Your arrival at the hotel   

At SO'LODGE the check-in and check-out procedures become very simple and fast:
In the lobby of the hotel you will find a check-in counter marked Reception / check in with a touch screen.

The process is very simple, just select the language in which you want to communicate with the robot, type your booking number on the screen. Our system will recognize your reservation and will show you the details.

Then proceed by following the indications on the screen.

Check-in hours

Check-in is possible at any time from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

4 - ACCESS CODE - Access to your room   

Free yourself from the constraints of a safe key or a card that is demagnetized: go digital!

On the receipt that will be printed at the end of the check-in will be the number of the door and the access code to your room.
To access your room simply enter the code on the keypad you find on the door. The rooms are located in the second building and accessible from the outside.

This unique code is generated for you upon your arrival and is valid during your stay until 11am on the day of departure.

5 - CHECK-OUT - Your departure from the hotel   

At SO'LODGE check-out procedures become very simple and fast because there are none.

All formalities are done on arrival. No need to deposit a key or card.

Your access code is automatically canceled at 11am the day of your departure.
If you need a company invoice, please send an email to invoice@solodge.com indicating your room number, your dates of arrival (arrival - departure) and the name of the reservation: you will receive under 24h your bill.
